Senior Systems Analyst & Contract Lead, Multimillion-Dollar WWC Contract

June 2022 - Present

  • Successfully led a team of contractors in executing a multimillion-dollar contract for NAVFAC Midlant, overseeing project timelines, ensuring high-quality production, and providing effective supervision 

  • Established a reputation for efficient problem-solving and trust in handling challenging projects, resulting in increased responsibilities and client confidence 

  • Pioneered the creation and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots, revolutionizing workflow automation and generating substantial savings in Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) hours 

  • Represented the Financial Management (FM) division in personal meetings and briefings with the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and all senior leaders of NAVFAC Midlant 

  • Developed powerful automation tools widely adopted by financial management and command-wide operations, leading to increased efficiency and streamlined processes 

  • Created a vast multitude of customizable data tools that would provide the client with automated workflows and advanced analytics that would update automatically with the most recent live data

  • Established different database methodologies and generalized workbook flow for all data tools, allowing historical trend analysis, version control, and simultaneous collaboration with automatic updates  

  • Consistently provided technical support to any client need; this included Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), efficient VBA data tools to streamline budget and accounting methodologies, information gathering/research, general coding assistance, RPA Bot development, and resource management

  • Utilized Operations Research techniques to optimize financial models utilized by the client that would then tie into computer generated analysis and report to a global database on a share drive 

Automation Analyst & Contract Lead, OPTEVFOR WWC Contract

January 2021 - June 2022

  • Created a POM data tool that gave the user full control in creating a 5-10 year budget plan with audit protection; this product created a multitude of vital in-depth reports customized towards assisting the analyst  

  • Crafted a statistical model that could accurately predict next month’s financial obligations for a RDTEN financial report; this model could not only predict future months but automated the process based on a list of conditions 

  • Provided a suspense report tool for accounting that guided the user through different reports with an organized overview and catered to their specific requests with VBA code 

  • Took initiative in engineering plans and determining optimal strategies to fulfill all requirements of OPTEVFOR automation capabilities while exceeding expectations 

Data Analyst/Automation Engineer - Wittenberg Weiner Consulting

October 2019 - January 2021

  • Automated a COST to SABRS reconciliation tool for both Budget and Accounting that included impactful statistics, a computer-generated guided analysis section, graphics, and a clean/effective overall presentation 

  • Created a Reconciliation tool that would measure financial reports and provide a detailed analysis, appropriate database, and commented workflow to the sites of COTF, SRMC, MARMC, NNSY, and PNSY 

  • Coded many VBA data products that utilized different levels of mathematical modeling including encryption, reconciliation, labor analysis, KPI analytics, and awards with PII protection 

  • Led weekly meetings to help summarize and focus on different problems/goals the client was dealing with 

  • Took initiative to solve potential issues before they occurred and engineered projects for my peers

  • Advised and updated NEXCOM senior executives/stakeholders weekly and negotiated solutions

  • Produced a data analysis entry excel spreadsheet and implemented required analysis with graphs

  • Established a new plan estimated to improve NEXCOM's total profit by at least 21% at their location

  • Analyzed multiple levels of Earth Observation data with Python, AWS, GitHub, Microsoft Excel, and R

  • Crafted a complex code that could optimize a system of economically based equations

  • Operated through many levels of data to create statistical implications for a large variety of equations

  • Constantly applied mathematical knowledge to all current projects to execute higher levels of efficiencies 

  • Researched a powerful mathematical system used in energy harvesters and magneto-elastic systems that exhibited chaos in high-dimensional state spaces
