A Code Based Solution to a Messy Workflow
The Performance Awards Data Tool (PADT) has received recognition command wide for its outstanding solution to a difficult problem. It introduced many capabilities to correct a difficult process, including user based permissions, human error guidance/correction, and high level reporting options.

Senior executives have praised Financial Management for developing such a tool, claiming that "this is the direction we want NAVFAC to go in."
Reporting Metrics with Ease
The KPI Data Tracker Tool is an innovative solution for NAVFAC that enhances the reporting and management of KPI errors and discrepancies. By automating analytics and offering dynamic, on-demand data products, it streamlines operations across 13 error reports and 8 departments. This tool improves efficiency and accountability by providing clear visibility and detailed tracking of all actions taken. Its user-friendly interface, built with Excel and VBA, ensures users can independently manage their tasks without impacting others, bridging communication gaps and boosting productivity.
Defining Relationships with Mathematics
Mathematical analysis forms the cornerstone of my work, enabling the discovery of hidden trends and intricate relationships within data. In this section, I will elaborate on the innovative mathematical methods I developed to decode a complex supply chain. These bespoke equations were crucial for the project’s success, providing insights that would have been otherwise unattainable. The substantial time invested in this meticulous analytical construction proved invaluable, ensuring the project's triumph and highlighting the power of advanced mathematics in solving real-world challenges.
